The provision of goods and services by CashDaddy Liquor is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, CashDaddy Liquor will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0% administration fee.

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the CashDaddy Liquor bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card transactions will be acquired for CashDaddy Liquor via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
CashDaddy Liquor takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

CashDaddy Liquor operates on a "Sale-Or-Return" basis. This means you may return goods which are unused for a full credit.

CashDaddy Liquor offers delivery to the following areas:
Local Delivery: Johannesburg and Pretoria
National Delivery: Major city centres including Durban, Cape Town, East London, George, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Polokwane (Pietersburg), and Pietermaritzburg. Should your delivery address fall within a township or a high-risk area, shipping fees will apply regardless of order value. CashDaddy Liquor does not deliver to high-risk areas.
Local orders over R1500 qualify for free delivery within a 50km radius of our warehouse's, provided all items in your cart are available in the respective region.
If your cart contains products that are available in another region, a regional delivery fee will apply to ship those items directly to your delivery address.
If you would like to collect your online order from one of our retail stores, please contact our online team in advance to arrange the collection.
Please note: Our online store operates independently from our retail stores, and stock levels may differ. As a result, the items you order online may not be available at your chosen retail store unless confirmed by our online team.
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, delivery times and dates cannot be guaranteed. Requests for specific delivery times or dates will be accommodated where possible but remain subject to the availability and operational capacity of our delivery partners. Once an order leaves our facilities, delivery schedules are outside of our direct control. We recommend customers place orders well in advance of any planned events to avoid disappointment. We cannot be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or delay arising from late or missed deliveries caused by courier or logistical issues beyond our control.
A responsible person, over the age of 18, must be present at the delivery location to sign for and receive the order. CashDaddy Liquor accepts responsibility only for items that are signed for upon delivery, as per the delivery note or invoice.
We require a deposit for the function to the value of all the goods that are being delivered. This does not include any hire goods, such as glassware etc. This deposit may be provided by any form of payment that has cleared into our bank account on or before the day of delivery of the goods. The most common and convenient method of paying the deposit is by credit card. The way we process this is as follows:

In the unlikely event that we do not have stock of your selected item, a member of staff will contact you as soon as possible to see if you are happy with waiting for the arrival of stock, an alternative item or a refund on the order.

If a promotional coupon results in your order exceeding a restricted order value/volume, CashDaddy Liquor reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

All competitions open to South African residents only. The winner has to be 18 years of age or older at the time of winning the prize.
